Chapter 9 Troubleshooting

This chapter describes problems you may encounter while using DC-A11. If you
have questions, please refer to related chapters and follow all the suggested
solutions. If the problem still occurred, please contact our distributors or service
center.

Please make sure DC-A11 has enough battery
power (the battery indicator lights blue). If the battery
indicator lights red, please connect the power cord
to charge the device.

If the WPS button on the wireless Dongle cannot be
used, open the Wireless LAN Utility and go to the
[Wi-Fi Protected Setup] page. Click [Push Button
Config] to enable the WPS connection.
