Converts an NCast recording into two recordings. Takes presenter/optimized or presentation/optimized and converts
it into presenter/split and presentation/split, leaving a backup of the optimized (not split) file in */before-split.

The recording state changes to “split”.

This workflow looks for */optimized or */split entries, and then generates */preview (for the purpose of previewing
on admin pages), and then creates a trimmed video: */trimmed if necessary.
