AUTO-COMM Switch

The Auto-Comm switch is a two-position toggle switch that is used to select/deselect the
Auto-Comm feature.

When the switch is in the 'up' position, the AUTO-COMM feature is on and the receiver
volume control switches are 'auto enabled' by the transmit select rotary switch on the
front panel. For example, rotating the rotary switch to position '1' turns ON the COMM-1
volume channel even if the COMM-1 knob is not pulled OUT.

Note: PA is not affected by AUTO-COMM.

3.3.3.2

COMM 1 and 2

COMM 1 and COMM 2 are pull-push rotary switches used to control their
respective transceivers.

When the control is pulled out, the relevant transceiver will be selected and
when pushed in, it will be deselected. The rotary function of the switch is
used to adjust the volume.

3.3.3.3

The interphone control is a pull-push rotary switch used to control the interphone

The Interphone feature is selected when the switch is pulled out and the interphone
