Press the “ Q ” button.
✽ If you use this button to restart playback, playback begins
from the start of the last track you were playing.
Playback
Pause The playback indicator
blinks.
The playback indicator
revolves.
Press the “ Q ” button during playback.
✽ If you leave playback paused for about 3 minutes, the
camera automatically switches itself off.
Resume None Press the “ Q ” button while playback is paused.
Go to start of current
track None Press the “ S ” button once. ✽1
Go to start of previous
track The track numbers count
down. Press the “ S ” button repeatedly or hold down the “ S ”
button. ✽1, ✽2
Go to start of next track None Press the “ R ” button once. ✽1, ✽2
Go to start of track after
next The track numbers count
up. Press the “ R ” button repeatedly or hold down the “ R ”
button. ✽1, ✽2
Stop The playback indicator is
displayed (but does not
move). Hold down the “ Q ” button for at least 1 second.
✽ If you do not use the camera for about 15 seconds after
stopping playback, the camera automatically switches itself off.
Adjust volume A setting between 00 and
20 is displayed. Press the volume control buttons to adjust the volume to the
desired level.

✽1 The operations can only be performed during playback or while playback is paused.
✽2 If the playback mode is set to “Repeat all Tracks (
u )” or “Repeat Track ( v )”, pressing the “ S ” button to return to the first
track takes you to the final track. Similarly, pressing the “ R ” button to skip ahead to the final track takes you to the first track.
