Pro Electric/RE

The Pro Electric fryer, which introduced a new filter pan
and a large drain manifold among other design changes,
was followed by the RE, which introduced a unique
rotating element. The units share many common electrical
components.

Unique physical characteristics:
Pro Electric — 3-inch drain manifold, filter pan redesign
RE — Recessed rotating element mounting mechanism,
repositioned and redesigned contactor boxes

RE

mounting point for the elements which
rotates. This is the most obvious
difference between the RE and the Pro
Electric.
