Rear Panel
P . POWER CORD SOCKET—Connect to a grounded A/C outlet
using the supplied power cord, in accordance with the voltage
and frequency ratings specified on the rear panel of your
amplifier.
Q . FUSE—Protects the amplifier from electrical faults. Replace a
blown fuse only with the type and rating specified on the rear
panel of your amplifier.
R . POWER SWITCH—Turns the amplifier on-off as indicated by
the front panel power jewel.
S . STANDBY—Use standby during short intermissions, rather
than switching the power off, to avoid the tube warm-up delay
upon returning to play and to extend the life of the vacuum
tubes.
T. •MAIN SPEAKER (BANd-MASTER VM)—Plug-in connection
for an 8Ω (minimum) speaker. A speaker must always be
connected at this jack when the amplifier is on to avoid
damage to the amplifier.
•INTERNAL SPEAKER (dELUXE VM)—Plug-in connection for
the Deluxe VM's internal 8Ω speaker. A speaker must always
be connected at this jack when the amplifier is on to avoid
damage to the amplifier.
U . EXTERNAL SPEAKER—Plug-in connection for a second 8Ω
speaker.
V . FOOTSWITCH—Plug-in connection for the (included) 4-button
footswitch. The footswitch enables remote on-off selection of
the Drive channel and the Reverb, Chorus and Delay effects.
W . FX LOOP—Connect Send to your effect's input jack and
connect Return to your effect's output jack.
