Displays boat speed as received from the
SmartCraft bus. For improved accuracy
at all speeds, the SmartCraft system
allows the use of both a pitot tube speed
input (the default) and a paddle wheel
input.

If the paddle wheel option is installed,
the SmartCraft system uses the paddle
wheel at low speeds and the pitot tube
at high speeds. The point at which the
change from paddle wheel to pitot occurs
is called the “Transition Point”. The user
can adjust the “Transition Point” in the
“Edit” mode “Configure Speed” function
(see page 29).

Adjust the “Set Sender Transition” as
described in the “Edit” mode function (see
page 30 to obtain the best performance
of this function.

Sea Temp or Fuel Level
Displays sea temperature as received
from the SmartCraft bus on all engines
except Jet Drive.

Displays “Fuel Level” on Jet Drives.
