Understanding the SETTINGS.XML file

The

settings.xml contains all the settings used by Hi-Def Digital Signage

Media Player. This file can be edited directly, allowing you to set the output

resolution, the active schedule, in addition to several other options such as NTP

server assignment, push mode and pull mode. Many of these settings can also

be modified using the built-in menu system.

The

settings.xml file is located in the root directory of the USB drive and can

be edited using any standard text editor.
