Removing the drive

Disconnect the power cable from the back of the drive. Make sure that you
pull the connector, not the cable. Move the connector slightly side-to-side,
if necessary, to disconnect the cable.

See the documentation that came with your computer for instructions on
sliding the drive out of the computer case.

If this drive is a replacement for a failed drive, follow the instructions on
the return form to send the old drive back to Gateway for credit.
