Using the Menus

Many of your Personal Communicator’s features are accessed by using menus
and submenus for selection, change, and cancellation. This section describes how
to use the menu system. When you understand how to navigate through the menus
and make selections from menus, you will be able to access the many features of
your Personal Communicator easily and quickly.

The Main Menu

The Main menu is the starting point for access to the
features of your Personal Communicator. After you
turn your Personal Communicator on, press

to

display the Main menu. See the Menu Map on page 32
for a list of the menu structure.

Getting Around in the Menus

Use

or

to scroll through the list of selections in a menu.

Once the item you want to select is highlighted, press

.

When

View Options? is displayed, a submenu exists for the highlighted selection.

Press

to enter the submenu.

To return to the previous screen, press
