Find Entry by Location

This option is used to select a phone number from your Contacts list by the entry’s

location number.

1.

Select Find Entry by Location and press

2.

The prompt

Enter Location: is displayed. Enter the location number and

press

(

.

3.

The Contacts list entries will be searched and the matching entry displayed. If
there is no entry in the location you entered, the message

Location x is

Empty is displayed (where x is the location number you entered). Enter a valid
location number and press

.

Once the correct entry is highlighted, press

(

.

5.

When accessing the Personal Numbers features from the Contacts menu, the
following menu selections are available:

Switch View - to display the entire entry. Select Switch View again to return
to the list screen.

Call Number - to call the number.

Modify Name or Details - to modify the name, number, or email address
(email addresses can be added to phone memory only).

Erase Name and Number - to delete the entry.
