Enables/disables the buttons on the front panel.
• When the LSB of n is 0, the panel buttons are enabled.
• When the LSB of n is 1, the panel buttons are disabled.
[Notes]
• Only the LSB of n is effective.
• On the printer, the panel buttons are FORM FEED and LINE
FEED.
• When the panel buttons are disabled, the buttons may only
be used after the printer has been reset.
