The NorthBridge Configuration menu (BIOS Menu 17) allows the northbridge chipset to
be configured.

DRAM Frequency [Auto]
The DRAM Frequency option allows specifies the DRAM frequency or allow the system
to automatically detect the DRAM frequency.
200MHz Sets the DRAM frequency to 200MHz
266MHz Sets the DRAM frequency to 266MHz
333MHz Sets the DRAM frequency to 333MHz
Auto (Default) Automatically selects the DRAM frequency
Configure DRAM Timing by SPD [Enabled]
