Something Not Working

If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out
the following checks before contacting your local Service
Force agent.

IMPORTANT : If you call out an engineer to a
fault listed below, or to repair a fault caused
by incorrect use or installation, a charge will
be made even if the appliance is under
guarantee.

Symptom

Solution

The ignition does not work:

• The plug is not properly inserted in the power socket.
• There is no current at the socket.

The burner does not ignite:

• The gas is turned off.
• There is no ignition spark.

The flame has no uniform distribution:

• The burner plate is improperly assembled.
• The burner is dirty.

The inner lamp is not working:

• The plug is not properly inserted in the power socket.
• There is no current at the socket.
• The lamp is defective.

The oven is not warming up:

• The plug is not properly inserted in the power socket.
• There is no current at the socket.

The display light is blinking:

• There has been a current interruption, the display needs to be

programmed again (see page 14).
