1. Prepare the Bottom Track
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. Always wear safety glasses when cutting
materials.
IMPORTANT! Use the precut bottom track supplied with the door being installed.
With a 48 ″ (121.9 cm) Sterling 6203 series shower unit use the 42-1/4″ (107.3 cm) long
bottom track. With a 60 ″ (152.4 cm) Sterling 6204 series use the 54-1/4″ (137.8 cm)
long bottom track.
Trim the edges off the insert in the last 2 ″ (5.1 cm) of one end of the insert.
Slide the trimmed end of the insert into the groove in the bottom track.
Bend the trimmed end of the insert so the end can be grasped and pull the insert
until it runs the length of the bottom track.
Make sure the insert is flush with far end of the bottom track and trim off the
excess insert
File the rough edges smooth on the bottom track, taking care not to mar the
finished surface.

1/4 ″ (107,3 cm) de long. Avec une douche Sterling série 6204 de 60″ (152,4 cm),
utiliser le rail inférieur de 54 1/4 ″ (137,8 cm) de long.
Raccourcir les rebords de l’insertion dans les 2 ″ (5,1 cm) d’une des extrémités.
Glisser l’extrémité raccourcie de l’insertion dans la rainure du rail inférieur.
Plier l’extrémité raccourcie de l’insertion de manière à ce que l’extrémité puisse
être saisie et tirer l’insertion jusqu’à ce qu’il glisse le long du rail inférieur.
S’assurer que l’insertion soit à égalité avec l’extrémité du rail inférieur et
raccourcir l’excès de l’insertion.
