1. Turn the battery holder counter clockwise (as indicated with ( ) mark) using a coin to open
it.
The battery holder opens.
2. Insert the battery into the battery holder with the positive (+) terminal facing down, and then
it firmly until you hear a locking sound.
3. Place the battery holder back in the remote control. Match its ( ) mark with the ( ) mark on
the remote control, and then turn the battery holder clockwise to lock it.

Installing the button type battery (CR2025) in the remote control
There is a danger of explosion if you replace this battery with the wrong type of battery.
Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
The button battery has a expected lifetime of 5 to 6 months, depending on how much you use the
remote control.
You can purchase a replacement CR2025 type button battery at your local Samsung dealer.
Do not pick up the battery using tweezers or other metal tools. This will cause a short circuit.
To avoid the risk of explosion, do not recharge, disassemble, heat, or immerse the battery in water.
Keep the button type battery out of the reach of the children. Should the battery be swallowed,
consult a doctor immediately. •
