❏ Click on any of the five index-card type buttons and change the parameter
settings as you require. For a detailed explanation of any of the settings, click on
the “?” button on the top right of the window and then click on the relevant
parameter field. Click once more to clear the help message from the screen.
❏ Click on the Close (X) button on the top right of the Properties window.
❏ Click on the Close (X) button on the top right of the printer’s window
This concludes the printing preparation. The printer which you selected is now the
default printer, and the page size, paper source setting and any other settings which
you made for the printer, apply to printing from all applications. To override these
settings for a specific application, refer to the next section, Printing a document.
Note:
Paper , Graphics and Device option settings can also be made when you select
the Print command in an application. However, settings made within an application
only apply to printing from that application.
❏ Cliquez sur un bouton parmi les cinq boutons de type fiche, puis changez les
paramètres selon les impératifs requis. Cliquez sur le bouton “?” au coin
supérieur droit de la fenêtre pour afficher plus d’informations sur l’explication
des réglages, puis cliquez ensuite sur le champ de paramètre approprié. Cliquez
une fois de plus pour faire disparaître le message d’aide de l’écran.
❏ Cliquez sur le bouton Fermer (X) au coin supérieur droit de la fenêtre
Propriétés .
❏ Cliquez sur le bouton Fermer (X) au coin supérieur droit de la fenêtre de
l’imprimante.
Ceci termine la préparation d’impression. L’imprimante sélectionnée est maintenant
l’imprimante par défaut et les réglages de taille du papier, source du papier et autres
réglages effectués pour l’imprimante s’appliquent désormais à toutes les
applications. Se référer à la section suivante Impression de document pour
neutraliser ces réglages pour une application spécifique.
Remarque:
Il est également possible de régler les Papier , Graphiques et Options du
périphérique lorsque vous sélectionnez la commande Imprimer dans une
application. Les réglages effectués dans une application ont toutefois uniquement
un effet lorsqu’on imprime depuis cette application.
