Video Output Resolution
Output resolution differs depending on the [Output Video Format] setting in [Video Settings]
(page 79).
* Protected contents on DVDs are output at 480p/576p resolution.
When [Output Video Format] is set to [Video]
480i/576i video signals are output from the VIDEO OUT or COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jack, and
480p/576p video signals are output from the HDMI OUT jack.
About the video output resolution of the DIGITAL MEDIA PORT adapter
480i/576i video signals are output from the VIDEO OUT jack regardless of the resolution setting, and
video signals are not output from the HDMI OUT and COMPONENT VIDEO OUT jacks when
playing contents via the DIGITAL MEDIA PORT adapter.
