0% Turn the lathe F==, disconnect power, move the
drive belt to the next highest RPM and then run the
lathe for 10 minutes.
('% Repeat Jk\g0 for the rest of the speeds, progres-
sively increasing the speed.
((% Change the lubricant in the headstock with Mobil
DTE ™ Oil or an equivalent, and re-lubricate the
