Using a Video Cassette
Recorder
Connect the Video Cassette Recorder to the TV/
VCR jacks on the rear panel.

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until “TV”
appears in the front panel display.

Press AMP MENU.

Press X/x repeatedly until
“ATTENUATE” appears in the front
panel display, then press ENTER or
c.

Press X/x to select “ATT OFF” in the
front panel display.
The output level is changed.
When you select “ATT ON” and press
x,
this operation will be canceled.

Press ENTER or AMP MENU.
The AMP menu turns off.
The function name in the front panel
display changes to “VCR.”
• If distortion occurs, select "ATT ON" in the AMP
menu.
• To return to the TV function, select “ATT ON” at
Step 4.
Presetting radio stations
You can preset 20 FM stations, and 10 AM
stations. Before tuning, make sure to turn down
the volume to minimum.

Press FUNCTION repeatedly until the
band you want appears in the front
panel display.

Press and hold TUNING + or – until the
auto scanning starts.
Scanning stops when the system tunes in a
station. “TUNED” and “ST” (for stereo
program) appear in the front panel display.

Press TUNER MENU.

Press C/X/x/c repeatedly until
“MEMORY” appears in the front panel
display.
5
Press ENTER.
A preset number appears in the front panel
display.
