Press the # key or the
* key to scroll
through the names (numbers if you
pressed 0). Stop when the desired
name appears in the display.
• If no names have been stored that
begin with the entered letter, you
will scroll from the next name, in
alphabetical order, in the list. If no
names/numbers have been stored at
all, NO DATA will appear.

Press the START key.
• The document is transmitted.
Automatic redialing
If you use automatic dialing (including Direct Keypad Dialing) and
the line is busy, the fax machine will automatically redial the number.
The fax machine will make up to two redialing attempts at an interval
of five minutes.
♦ To stop automatic dialing, cancel the job as explained in Checking
and cancelling transmission jobs in Chapter 2.
Recall Interval for automatic redialing
If desired, you can change the interval at which the fax machine
makes automatic redialing attempts.
