Keeping Important Images (Protect Setting)
Recorded images can be protected to prevent them from being accidentally erased.
Applying the protect setting
q Display the image to protect on the LCD
monitor.
w Enter the PLAY menu mode and press the
/ button to select “Protect”.
e Press the button.
The Protect confirmation screen will appear.
“YES” is selected.
Note:
* In the protect confirmation screen, the frame number of
the screen is displayed on the lower right.
* If “NO” is selected using the button and the SET but-
ton is pressed, the camera will return to the normal play-
back screen.
r Press the SET button.
The image will be protected and the pro-
tected mark ( ) will appear.
Note:
* Protected images will not be deleted even when erasing
all frames.
