Serial (RS-232C/RS-422A) Interface (Option)
Mounting the optional serial interface kit (IB-10) to the printer enables connection to a computer with a
RS-232C or RS-422A standard serial interface.

Interface Signals
The pins of the printer’s RS-232C interface connector carry the signals listed in Table C.2. The table
also indicates whether each signal is incoming or outgoing with respect to the printer.
