– Push the rear wheel forward as far as possible and place the chain on the rear sprocket.
– Pull the rear wheel back and push in the wheel spindle.

– Lay the chain adjuster  on the tensioning screw.
– Position the chain adjuster  and place it on the tensioning screw.
– Tighten nut
 .
Guideline
In order for the rear wheel to be correctly aligned, the markings on the left and right
chain adjusters must be in the same position relative to the reference marks
 .
Nut, rear wheel spindle M25x1.5 90 Nm
(66.4 lbf ft) Thread greased
– Operate the foot brake lever repeatedly until the brake linings lie on the brake disc and
there is a tight spot.
– Take the rear of the motorcycle off the work stand. ( S. 96)
– Check the chain tension. ( S. 123)
