Engine cranks but doesn't start

Fuel pump control defective

– Check fuel pump control.

Fuel quality insufficient

– Add suitable fuel.

Engine has too little power

Air filter very dirty

– Change the air filter.

Fuel filter very dirty

– Chang the fuel filter.

Fault in fuel injection system

– Read the fault memory with KTM DIA

Engine overheats

HIGH TEMP

Too little coolant in cooling system

– Check the cooling system for leaks.

Cooling fins very dirty

– Clean cooling fins.

Kinked or damaged radiator hose

– Change the coolant hose.

Thermostat defective

– Check the thermostat.

Fuse

– Change the fuses of individual power

– Check the radiator fan system.
