DLY: Delay Modeling

Each delay type, (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) have different amounts of feedback. The delay time is set by the interval at which you
press the TAP/BYPASS button twice. The specified delay time can be checked by holding down the TAP/BYPASS
button.

TYPE (π/ CURSOR)

VALUE (Value encoder)

SLAP1…5

A slap delay effect that produces a distinctive short delay. The
maximum delay time is 500 msec. The delay time will be specified as
one-fourth of the interval at which you press TAP-BYPASS.

ECHO1…5

Tape echo simulation with a warm tone. Delay time: up to 2 sec.

CLRDLY1…5 A clear-sounding delay typical of digital delay units.

Maximum delay time: 1 second.

PPDLY1…5

Dual-tapped ping-pong delay that pans left and right. Maximum
delay time: 2 second.

MULTI1…5

Dual-head tape echo simulation with special stereo design. Creates a
spacious reverberation. Maximum delay time: 2 second.

Adjusts effect level (0.0...10.0).

RVSDLY

A reverse-delay (backward playback) effect.
Maximum delay time: 1 second.

Specifies the balance between the
effect and dry sounds (0.0…10.0).
