Provides a completely random workout profile of hills and valleys every time the user selects this workout. Endless variety
reduces boredom.

The workout has 16 total time segments, although the workout profile window can only display 8 segments at a time. The workout
profile begins by displaying the first half of the workout, or 1 - 8 time segments. Once the eighth time segment is completed, the final
9 - 16 segments will be displayed. The current workout time segment will blink to show the active interval.

The segment difficulty level is predetermined and will always be displayed as shown below.

During a workout, the overall workout difficult level can be adjusted. There are 1 - 9 program difficulty levels and each has
a corresponding resistance level range. See difficulty level table for reference. When the overall difficulty level is adjusted,
there will be no visual change to the workout profile display.
