2.2 Back-up. Except as expressly provided for under this Agreement you may not copy the SOFTWARE PRO-
DUCT; except, however, you may keep one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and, if applicable, one copy of any
previous version, for back-up purposes, only to be used in the event of failure of the original. All copies of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT must be marked with the proprietary notices provided on the original SOFTWARE PRO-
DUCT. You may not reproduce the supporting documentation accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2.3 Modifications.
You may not modify, translate or create derivative works of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2.4 Proprietary Notices. You may not remove or obscure any proprietary notices on or in the SOFTWARE PRO-
DUCT or the supporting documentation.
2.5 Software Transfer.
You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this Agreement, provided you retain
no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and printed
materials, any upgrades, this Agreement, and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agre-
es to the terms of this Agreement. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior
versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. However, if the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is marked “Not for Resale” or
“NFR”, you may not resell it or otherwise transfer it for value.
