DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, POLYCOM'S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE
AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR U.S. $5.00. PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
IF YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A POLYCOM SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT, POLYCOM'S ENTIRE LIABILI-
TY REGARDING SUPPORT SERVICES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THAT AGREEMENT.
8. DISCLAIMER.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation
of incidental or consequential damages for certain products supplied to consumers, or the limitation of liability for
personal injury, so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited in their application to you. When the
implied warranties are not allowed to be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the
applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary depending on local law.
9. EXPORT CONTROLS.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national
or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Yugoslavia, Iran, Syria, Republic of Serbia, or any other country to
