Phone Book Email Addressing

Phone Book Addressing allows you to send email(s) by entering the full email address with a single key. To
use this method, you must first pre-program the email addresses into the Phone Book.

Make sure that the INTERNET lamp is ON. If not, press

to select the "INTERNET MODE".

Place original(s) face up on the ADF.

Place a book or an original face down on the Platen
Glass.

Press the appropriate Index Tab.

Ex:

Press the key name for the desired station.
(Note: The word "Email" above the key name,
indicates that the key contains an email address)

Ex:

If the key name for the station that you want to send

to is not displayed on the LCD, press

or

to

scroll to the desired display page.
You can select multiple destinations (up to 270).
(Manual Email Addressing: 70 stations, Phone
Book Addressing : 200 stations)
