When positioning the camera in front of a window to view images on the
other side of the glass, set the Automatic Focus Range setting to "Normal"
(page 65).
•
When positioning the camera within 1 m (39.4 inches) of the object you
wish to view, set the Automatic Focus Range setting to "Macro" (page 65).
•
Fingerprints, dust, stains, etc. on the lens can degrade the performance
of the Automatic Focusing feature. Wipe the lens with lens cleaning paper.
•
The image may be out of focus, if it is too near, or depending on the zoom
position. Move the object, or adjust the zoom position.
