EMERGENCY ALERT SETTING
1 Press MENU button on the remote control
to display the onscreen menu.
2 Press CURSOR < or > to scroll through
the onscreen menu until you see DTV Setup
menu
highlighted.
3 Press CURSOR > to display the DTV
Setup menu features.
4 Press CURSOR < or > to scroll through the
DTV Setup features until you see Emerg
Alert highlighted.
5 Press CURSOR > to enter the the Emerg
Alert sub menu.
6 Press CURSOR < or > to highlight either
Medium or Low.
7 Press CURSOR > to switch between On
or Off. If On is selected, the TV will display
the alert of that priority.
8 When finished, press MENU buttion on the
remote control four times to exit the menu
from the TV screen.
* Emergency Alert will not be visible if no
broadcast is received or when the TV is in
Stanby
mode.
E mergency Alert lets you display or discard emergency alerts for Low or Medium priority.
This feature is ONLY available in Digital mode.

Install menu features.
4 Press CURSOR < or > to scroll through
the Ch. Install features until you see Fact
CH Reset highlighted.
5 Press CURSOR > to clear all
DTV settings OR Press the Menu button
on the remote control to maintain the
DTV
settings.
F actory Channel Reset feature lets you erase the contents of the master, user and favorite channel lists. This restores the
TV to the initial state before the first Auto Program operation. This feature is ONLY available in Digital Mode. For
instructions on how to Auto Install the TV again, refer to page 9.
