State and significance

LINK

If the indicator is ON, the link is connected. If the indicator is OFF, the
link is disconnected.

ACT

If the indicator is OFF, no data is being transmitted or received. If the
indicator is flashing, data is being transmitted or received.

0–3 (4E1/T1)

0–7 (8E1/T1)

E0–E15 (16E1/T1)
