Receiving Faxes
Selecting the way to receive calls
This unit has four types of receive modes. Select one of these modes according to your needs.
● Regardless of the mode you select, you can always place calls and send faxes.

When the unit rings, you must
answer all calls.
● If you hear a fax calling tone (slow
beep) or no sound is heard,

START/COPY/SET
When a fax call is detected:
The unit will receive fax documents
without ringing.
When a voice call is detected:
The unit will ring.
