The nightscape can be recorded vividly.
Technique for Night Scenery Mode
• The shutter speed may slow down up to 8 seconds. We recommend using the tripod and the
self-timer for best results.
Note
• Flash is fixed to Forced flash OFF [o].
• The focus range is 5 m (16.41 feet) to 7.
• The shutter may close (max. about 8 seconds) after shooting due to signal processing. This is
not a malfunction.
• When shooting in dark places, noise may become visible.

Use to take pictures of food in restaurants, irrespective of the lighting, so that the natural colors
of the subject come out.

• The focus range is 5 cm (0.17 feet) (Wide)/50 cm (1.64 feet) (Tele) to 7.

