Updating the Firmware
When you install the Digital Entertainer software from the Resource CD you are asked if you want
to check for new firmware.
You can also check for newer firmware after installation. If you upgrade the firmware you will
need to reload your media library into the Digital Entertainer Express from the backup location
To upgrade firmware after installation:
1. Press Home, and select More > Supervisor functions > Update.
Warning: Make sure that power to your Digital Entertainer Express unit is not
interrupted during the firmware update process. Failure to observe this
precaution can permanently damage the unit.
