Pager Notifications
If you have purchased a pager and you would like your pager to notify
you of incoming messages to your i700plus phone when it is turned off,
you can activate this feature. To do so, call Nextel Customer Care at
1-800-639-6111 or dial 611 from your Nextel phone and provide them
with the pager number.
Enabling/Disabling Pager Notification
3 Select the applicable option below:
• To create a forwarding number, press 2.
• If you have already created a forwarding number, press 2
to modify the number.
• To enable or disable Message Forwarding, press 3.
• To change the forwarding type, press 4.
• Press 1 for Immediate Forwarding.
• Press 2 for Silent Forwarding.
• Press 3 for Delayed Forwarding.
4 Press ** to return to the main menu.
1 From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal
Options.
2 Press 3 to change Pager Notification Options.
3 Select the applicable option below:
• If Pager Notification is enabled press 3 to disable it.
• If Pager Notification is disabled press 3 to enable it.
*Press 4 to enable notification of urgent messages only.
4 Press ** to return to the main menu.
