be reduced by:
- Using flash.
- Specifying a lower ISO sensitivity setting.

When shooting landscapes at night using the

Scene auto selector or Night landscape
scene modes, noise may appear in captured
images if the camera is hand-held. In these
cases, use of a tripod is recommended.
