SFP specifications

The T1 equipment at the far end of the T1 connection must also use
an RJ-48C jack. After the pinout of the RJ-48C jack at the far end is
determined, determine if a straight-through or crossover cable is required.
An off-the-shelf straight-through cable can be used to directly connect the
T1 SFP module and the far-end T1 equipment if the far end has the pinout
shown in the following table.

You can use a short crossover cable with a straight-through cable adapter
to connect to a straight-through cable. Do this to convert a straight-through
cable to a crossover cable.
