XFP specifications

The stressed sensitivity values are for system level BER measurements,
which include the effects of CDR circuits. Nortel recommends that you
allocate at least 0.4 dB additional margin if you make component level
measurements without the effect of CDR circuits.

10GBASE-LRM XFP specifications

The 10GBASE-LRM XFP provides 10 GbE service at a wavelength
of 1310 nm. This XFP can attain a reach of up to 220 m on 62.5

µ

m multimode fiber. This XFP provides built-in electronic dispersion

compensation.

The following table lists the transmitter and receiver specifications for the
10GBASE-LRM XFP. These parameters are as specified by the IEEE
802.3aq-2006 standard. The part number of this XFP is AA1403007-E6.

In this table, note that the OMA, average launch power, and peak power
specifications apply at TP2, after patch cord loss is accounted for.
