Do not select the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) check box.

Server Information—Enter the CallPilot fully qualified domain name (FQDN) for both
the incoming and outgoing servers.

A message appears that confirms the changes.

To configure access to the CallPilot Address Book
1
In Outlook, on the Tools menu click E-mail Accounts.
The E-mail Accounts wizard appears.

Select Add a new directory or address book, and then click Next.

Select Internet Directory Service (LDAP) and then click Next.

In the Server Name box, type the CallPilot FQDN.

Click Next.
A message appears that confirms the changes.

Click Finish.
To configure text formatting
1
In Outlook, on the Tools menu click Options.

Click the Mail Format tab.

In the Message Format section, select Plain Text.

Click OK.
