Overview of the main screen
After you configure the MCC 3100 (see
“Initial configuration” on page 23
),
the Main screen appears whenever you start the MCC 3100. The Main
screens menu provides access to the full functionality of the MCC 3100.

Status panel
The Status panel indicates your current presence status on the network.
For example, if Connected appears, then you are logged on and available
to take calls. The text color visually indicates your availability:
•
Connected (green text)—You are logged on.
•
Logged Out (grey text)—You are logged off.
•
Logged Out by Admin (grey text)—The MCG 3100 administrator has
logged you off.
•
Logged out by Another Device (grey text)—You have been logged off
because you logged on with another device.
