MAINTENANCE

11) Remove the rear log stand by removing
the 4 screws.

21) Replace the valve tray and reverse steps

to re-install.

22) Turn on the gas supply and check for gas

leaks.

23) Re-connect both sources of power.

24) Re-install the left heat shield.

25) Re-install the grate.

26) Re-install the interior brick panels.

27) Re-install the log set.

28) Re-install the glass door.

29) Check the inlet and outlet pressures.

30) Re-install the right heat shield.

31) Check operation of fl ame control.

32) Check for proper fl ame appearance.

33) Re-install the exterior brick panels.

12) Carefully remove the bottom brick panel.

13) Disconnect the inlet gas line from the
valve.

14) Disconnect the 2 connectors from the
modulating coil.

19) Remove the 16 screws that hold the valve

tray to the fi rebox and slightly pull out the
valve tray.

18) Disconnect the black and red wires from
the solenoid valve.

20) Ensure that all wiring is free and clear
of any obstructions. Completely pull out the
valve tray.

MAINTENANCE

16) Remove the igniter wire and the

thermocouple wire from the control box.

15) Disconnect the molex connector from the
valve.

17) Release the two grey wire clips on the

bottom of the fi replace to release the wires
attached to the valve assembly.
