2.1 Functional Overview

The M3A-HS85 is the SH7285 CPU board that has the functions listed in Table 2.1.1.

Table 2.1.1 lists the functional modules of M3A-HS85.

Connects SCI0 or SCI3 of SH7285 to the serial port connector

Connects to the input/output ports of the SH7285

Power Supply Module

Controls the system power supply of the M3A-HS85

Connects USB pin of SH7285 to USB connector

Clock Module

Controls the system clock

Controls the device reset mounted on the M3A-HS85

Connect to the NMI pin, IRQ0 pin and test port
