Basic Operations
How to Select the Items
You can select items, and confirm or cancel camera settings using the buttons
on the operation panel and stylus pen. This section explains how to use the
buttons and stylus pen.
Using the Stylus Pen
Basically, the stylus pen can be used in the following two ways.
● Touching
Touching is the action of lightly pressing the
screen with the pen. It is used to select items
on the screen or to select the button, such as
[OK] and [CANCEL].
This manual contains instructions such as
“Touch with the pen” and “Select with the
pen”.
● Dragging
Dragging is the action of moving the pen
while keeping it pressed lightly against the
screen. It is used to write characters, drawing
diagrams and designate the scope on the
screen.
This manual contains instructions such as
“Drag the pen”.
Note
• You can perform the above operations using your finger in the same
way as the stylus pen. Touch the screen lightly with the tip of your
finger.
