Basic Operations
Character Input and Writing/Drawing
This section explains how to input characters using the on-screen keypad and
how to write or draw using the tool palette.
Using the On-screen Keypad
You can input characters in items displaying the symbol using the on-screen
keypad. Follow the steps below.

Select to display the on-screen
keypad.
Touching the input field also allows you to
display the on-screen keypad.
● Using the Buttons
Set the focus on the desired item with ·
buttons. Press the button to move to the
input field and press the [SELECT] button.

Input the characters, numbers and
symbols.

Symbols can be input by switching
two keypad screens with
g (SHIFT)
or Caps key.
