Note
• The signature imprinted in the image can be superimposed on the date
and time information display, depending on the signature size or the
imprint location.
• The image quality may deteriorate slightly when signature imprint
mode is used.
• Files for use with STORED IMAGE are a BMP or GIF format . The
image is sent from a PC to the camera by the signature transfer
function.

Changing the Brightness in Text Mode
When shooting in Text mode, you can set the brightness in five stages to
improve the readability of the text.
A
Set the mode dial to [
].
B
Select [BRIGHTNESS CONTROL] and
then select [OK].
C
Select the brightness (DARK,
MEDIUM DARK, MEDIUM, MEDIUM
LIGHT or LIGHT) and then select
[OK].
The brightness is now set.
D
Select [EXIT] to exit the menu display.
E
Press the shutter release button to
take the picture.
