Ping tests and results To start/stop a ping test:
1 Select the ping test entry.
2 Click:
 Activate
to start the ping test.
 Deactivate
a ping test that is currently running.
To view the results of the ping test:
1 Select the ping test entry, if needed.
2 Click Result.
3 Following test results are shown:
 Status
of the ping test.
 The (resolved) target IP address.
 The Minimum, Maximum and Average Round Trip Time (RTT) in micro-
seconds.
 The number of Probe responses and Sent probes.
 The Round Trip Time Sum of Squares (RttSumOfSquares) in milli-
seconds.
 The date and time of the Last good probe.
To overview a history of ping tests:
1 Select the ping test entry.
2 Click History.
3 Following test results are shown in a table:
 The ping test Index number
 The average Response time
 Status
, being either: responseReceived(1), unknown(2), internalError(3),
requestTimedOut(4), unknownDestinationAddress(5),
noRouteToTarget(6), interfaceInactiveToTarget(7), arpFailure(8),
maxConcurrentLimitReached(9), unableToResolveDnsName(10).
invalidHostAddress(11)
 The Last reply code that was returned
 The Time (and date) of the ping test
