Spanning Tree

The Spanning Tree algorithm that is used to avoid packet looping in
your network.

1. Service: Click Enable to turn on spanning tree service and go

to step 2. If not, click OK/Cancel to return main page.

2. Bridge Priority: Enter the value of root bridge, the range of

this field is 0 to 65535.

Each bridge has its own identification code. The code can be used
to decide which bridge will be the root bridge. The bridge with
smallest identification code will be the root bridge.

3. Hello Timer: Enter the timing interval which root bridge will

produce a communication frame.

4. Forward Delay: Enter the longest timing that a communication

frame is transmitted/received through all bridges.

5. Max Age: Enter the existing timing of each communication

frame.

6. Click the OK button to store your modified configuration in

this ADSL router memory. Or click Cancel button to return to
main page.
