• If you have not set the clock, the clock setting window will appear instead of the Timer Programming list at step 1. In this

case, press

[ENTER]. Then continue from step 4 in “Manual Clock Setting” on page 32 before programming the timer

recording.

• Press [s / B] to move the cursor in the timer programming list.

Press [ENTER] when all information required

is entered.

Your programme setting is stored.
• To set another programme, repeat steps 2 to 8.
• To exit, press [TIMER PROG.].
• If the recording times of two or more programmes overlap,

“Overlap” and overlapped programme numbers are displayed.
(See pages 51-53.)

Press [I/y ON/STANDBY].

The icon will appear on the front panel display and the unit is
set to the timer-standby mode.

• Timer Recording will not work when the power is on.
• When power is on, programmes registered for recording in

Timer Recording will be automatically cleared after the end
time and date have passed.

To stop timer recording in progress, press [STOP C] on the

front panel of the unit.

[STOP C] on the remote control is not effective.
